Race Performance Engineering Ltd. was established on the 19th December 2018 by its director & senior engineer Christian Schmidt-Gogler. Alexandra R. Garcia joined the company as debuty director & PR in January 2019. Working in motorsport does require tremendous effort and passion, but also family sacrifices, especially for those working trackside with a lot of travelling involved. As a result, the performance on track can sometimes suffer as people become personally distracted. How can sacrifices be minimised was the birth of RPE. By involving all family members in the business and therefore spend as much time together as possible in conjunction with more freedom in terms of work management, RPE does provide professional motorsport services & consultancy independently to racing teams, manufacturers, drivers and series organisers with maximum performance for best results. Motorsport is a team sport indeed, on as well as off track! The RPE company logo does accounts for two of the most important fields of a race car where the red data trace represents the aerodynamics (downforce vs non-dimensional ride height of a race car) and the blue data line the vehicle dynamics sector (normalised tyre force vs time of a race car tyre when hitting a kerb). RPE aims in building its future as a leading motorsport business involved in different championships, working with different type of race cars and people around the world providing first-class motorsport services and staff.
